Owen Leong is a Grants Officer at the Australia Council for the Arts. Since joining in 2012, he has worked in grants management and artist services. Prior to this, Owen has worked in arts advocacy & arts management roles at NAVA, Heide Museum, and Museums Australia Victoria.
